We offer research services in both the OTC and the RX sector. We conduct interviews with physicians representing various specialties, with pharmacists, nurses, midwives and patients. This type of research is relatively easy, which results from the fact that physicians, pharmacists, or nurses are usually very communicative, willing to share information and knowledge with researchers.

The most important thing is to choose individual interviews rather than group discussions more often than in consumer research, because healthcare professionals tend to express ‘official opinions’ when they talk in public, or their answers tend to be biased by professional relations.
